General terms of the "SBH SELECT" program:
The application for registration in the "SBH SELECT" program implies the express consent of the participant that their data may be provided for advertising purposes only to the hotels of the SBH Hotels and Resorts chain. Please note that it is obligatory to provide all data requested. The participant has the right to access the file where their data is stored, and may exercise their rights of rectification, erasure and objection contained in the Spanish Organic Law, 15/1999 of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as the revocation of their consent to the transfer and processing of personal data. To do so, you must write to the data controller and data processor of the files containing your personal data.
SBH Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to delete or modify, in whole or in part, with or without notice, the terms of the "SBH SELECT" program. SBH Hotels and Resorts shall not be liable for any damages arising from such deletion or modification of the "SBH SELECT" program.
The terms and conditions of the "SBH SELECT" program shall be governed by the Legal Regulations governing this matter currently in force in Spain and subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The holder may revoke at any time the consent given to receive commercial communications by simply notifying the sender of their intention. To this end, you should send an email to online@sbhfue.com.
To participate in the SBH SELECT programme, you must have completed the registration form or accepted these conditions when making your reservation. Legal entities are excluded from the programme. The holder must be at least 18 years old.
